On safety, the clinic says anesthesiology physicians monitor patients from the start of surgery through recovery, that pre-operative screening includes blood work and 3D CT, and that it applies a one-surgeon-per-operation policy with optional CCTV viewing for guardians. Separately, its cosmetic trauma clinic, Gyeol (미용외상클리닉 결), treats cuts, stab wounds and lacerations, focusing on scar-sensitive areas such as the face. The clinic states this service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (since 1 August 2026), with patients seen on arrival; this differs from the cosmetic consultation hours.
